Toronto, May 12, 2025 – SheIs Sports Network is pleased to announce the appointment of mergers and acquisitions sports expert Lisa Dalik to its Board of Directors. This addition brings the company a wealth of experience, expertise, and a direct investment.
Zurich, Switzerland – Dalik brings over a decade of experience in international corporate transactions, with a specialization in human capital, leadership and culture across the consulting and sports technology sectors. She currently serves as Head of Integration Strategy and Execution at Sportradar, the leading global sports technology company. Since joining the organization in 2021, she has led the company’s Global HR M&A function, overseeing the integration of several strategic acquisitions and driving alignment across leadership, culture, and organizational design. Prior to Sportradar, she spent several years with Ernst & Young (EY) advising on international corporate transactions, with a focus on leadership transitions, talent strategy, and organizational transformation.
Dalik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg, Austria, a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Consultancy from Birkbeck College, University of London in the United Kingdom, and recently completed her Executive MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in May 2025.
